Have been associated with Poornima since 1.5 years now. The henna they provide is excellent. We also take their massage services, they are quite good and effective. Home service is also available.

Worst Customer Management. They are highly unprofessional. I was moving out of the city in the morning and thought to check if they can open at 9 am as they have already mentioned on website. Owner lady confirmerd with Yes and suggested to come by 9:20 am I went their and waited for alomost one hour After that I left but no response from the onwner. Wasted my time

She doesn't able to do proper waxing also, forget about skilled services. The place is unhygienic and awful.
