STUDIO11 Salon & Spa Moosarambagh (Exclusively for Women)

I visited this parlour today. The first thing as soon as I entered and that impressed me was it's neatness! Next the sofas were very comfortable and the ambience was calm. Luckily I was the only customer at that time so the lady who did the pedicure - was Sri Devi Mam. A very humble and jovial woman. The owner, Sunila Ma'am was very calm and spoke quiet politely. I have not taken other services except pedicure and my daughter's haircut - but with these two I am assured that their services might be definitely worth visiting. She also gave me a good discount . Thank YOUUUUUUUUUU! You made my day !

I have been a regular customer here from past 5 years now and still the service of this salon is professional. To talk about beauty services firstly, Sridevi's work is great right from facial to make up services. Secondly I regularly get my hair done from here their keratin to Botox and hair highlights services are worth it and I come back here for the same services whenever I'm back from abroad. I highly recommend this salon as the staff are highly trained and really sweet.

Pedicure can be made better by proper methods of removal of dead skin off the feel of the feet...my feet were still rough and not buffered by a foot scrapper. Manicure was ok except for the massage which has to be done more professionally upto the elbows of the hands. Cleaning / Cleansing of the face was done but the white n black heads removal was skipped ...it needs to be removed, and face should be subjected to more steam for a longer time to enable opening of skin pores. Henna was applied to the hair ..but for 2 hrs which was a really bad idea....it should stay for about 1 hr only ...the hair colour has turned reddish brown. Also hair should be washed with a mild shampoo n conditioned too....my hair was rough , dry n non lustrous. Hope all these will improve. The girls should be trained and upgraded to do much better....Beauty treatments should be done gently n with light finger strokes.

I recently got a haircut at studio 11 moosarambagh, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had. resulting in a completely unflattering look. The attention to detail was lacking, and the overall service fell far below expectations. If you're considering getting your hair done here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid a similar disappointment. Your hair deserves better care!They cut my hair much shorter than I asked for, completely ignoring my request.

Dear [studio 11], I recently visited your parlour for a fruit cleanup, but unfortunately, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. The cleanup was poorly done, and I felt it did not justify the high charges plus gst which was not mentioned in the offers details.there is only scrub for hardly 5 to 7 min and face pack for cost amount is 590 was not worth at all I hope you can address this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Everything was well and fine each staff are so co-operative. For beauty freek people it can be one stop shop for all you things. A place to recommend and affordable as they offers discounts as well.

Ms.Sridevi Has given the best service i ever had. I loved it
