Touchh Ladies Beauty Salon

I was their regular customer until now. This has happened before but I didn't pay much attention cause they are good at their job. However, the management sucks and the owner has no sense of responsibility to retain her customers. There is no first come first serve basis. The owner doesn't pitch in for serving the customers when the workers are unavailable. She has this attitude of "I'd rather lose my customers than to pitch in to serve them". Well, your work might get you good fame, but you will stay in the game only and only when you really know how to respect and retain your customers. They made me wait for 45 mins and served the ones who came next to me and when I argued on why this happened, the answer I got was "Mam aap regular hona, thoda wait Karo" is that the way? So do you lose your regular customers just cause u got new ones? I really hope other parlours don't work this way. No matter how regular you are, you would never want to be treated this way. I'm disappointed.

Worst staff behaviour ever, unhygienic, very cheap. Got a bad cut for eyebrows threading. They do not clean up after wax. Very disappointing behaviour of staff, they literally gave me taunts and gave rude replies.

I have had the worst experience one could ever get from this salon the mua and the owner of the salon not just has ruined my day but has changed me into another person after the makeup done i was shook i tried to explain her about my disappointment but all the workers and the owner has just played their game whilst doing my makeup their were chit chatting Nd were least bothered about my view i would never ever go to that salon and would never recommend it to any one not only the makeup was pathetic but also the so called wella treatment with the hair spa's settings are useless the employe named nasreen has no sense of manner and has behaved terribly during my wax i hate the salon now they have ruined my special day the make-up was cakey as hell and the eye lashes used were huge for my face type the contour was done heavily and was unnecessary for that particular occasion i just hated it so did everyone....BIG NO NO to TOUCHH SALON especially BRIDES(engagement)

Good palour , perfect beautician Mrs lavanya gave service it was amazing ..over all staff is good polite n ambience is good

Totally bad responce from staff they won'teven talk properly to customers very bad bad bad don't prefer to this

First if all teach the staff how to guide a correct address.. they are telling we are busy here catch a auto n come.. dis is not a way to talk with customers.. Moreover very rude communication with customers

Very bad, rude behaviour, don't know how to deal with customers, just earning money unnecessary, waste performance
