These guys are absconding after taking huge money from the Customers. Not even answering the calls and saloon is closed.

I have done highlights to my hair for the first time and I'm highly satisfied with the service I took in this saloon. Rihan is super friendly staff and he is very professional. I highly recommend this saloon in the town.

I have been a customer of Shapes since it started. I have always been very happy with the services and have also.recommended to many people. Over the last few months however the salon has started deteriorating beyond repair 1. They lost most of their good staff which is a warning signal that they did not heed 2. The Salon has always had a problem with hot water coming in the hairwash area. This has now totally stopped coming and despite knowing about it for months, the staff pretends like it's a new problem. So no matter what the temperature outside, you have to have cold water hair wash. 3. They have finally managed to get a few hairstylists, but they overbook the appointments so when you go for any service, you may start with a hairstylist and then get handed off to a beautician or a pedicurist who does not know anything about hair. When you walk out of the salon, it looks worse than if you had dried it at home 4. But the last straw was when they actually increased their prices, despite having such shoddy service. A hair spa that I used to pay 2000 for until last month has now become 3500. What sort of business increases prices while service is at the lowest? It is with utmost disappointment that I am writing this review. If you don't fix things soon, you will be shut down in the next six months. I sincerely hope that does not happen.

I had the best services done here, every service is done so perfectly and relaxing.. The staff are very welcoming and friendly... All the services are on point and worth it!! The manicure and the pedicure are done by professionals who do it are very kind and give the best service..I highly recommend this place for both men and women

I should recommend, at least once a person should visit . They have completely redefined the saloon experience. They are the professionals and work towards the detailing perfectly. I had a fantastic experience and it's really value for money .

There is no staff to provide any service, the place is completely empty. We took a membership package here and for past 5-6 months we haven't been able to any service due to lack of staff. The manager Namrita says the staff will be available from next week every time we visit there. She is even refusing to refund the remaining balance from the membership package
