As soon as I left a review about the miscommunication their staff did - Sandeep (Proprietor of Glam Studios) called me promptly and inquired about the whole issue. 2. He promised me that I'll be given service immediately and asked me to visit them. 3. Their staff were generous and welcoming when I visited the store and were very sorry about the miscommunication. 4. Took a haircut, facial and detox and was happy with the output. 5. Sandeep called again to find out how I felt about the service and also offered a huge discount. Lovely ambience, prompt response, welcoming behaviour and generous nature - a few outstanding qualities I witnessed today at Glam Studios. Will definitely visit again and recommend it to my folks.
