Grooming Lounge family saloon

"Outside butter inside gutter" this can be the best tag line I would give this saloon. I happened to take my sister for a keratin treatment. After her treatment the next day her scalp was pealing off and multiple burnt scare all over her scalp. The keratin cream was applied all over the scalp directly without leaving a inch from the scalp as it has to be done. We contacted them with these after effects of they treatment but they denied saying it was not they fault and wanted a doctors certificate to prove it. We consulted a doctor, the doctor as well confirmed it was due to the keratin treatment. Also the saloon management was rude and denied on returning the amount or accepting the fact that it was they fault. Instead of at least apologizing for the disaster they made to my sister scalp, the manager was like "do what you can do we will see" . Worst experience and would never recommend any one to use they services.

Excellent service by all the members of the staff. feels homely and comfortable when you are there... They consider each and every customer. Awesome experience ! Most satisfactory services are provided here.very hygienic environment with nice ambience. The members of this saloon recives costumers with a very good attitude..Especially the service provider by Mr.chinna are excellent he is so much dedicated towards his work and handles costumer with so much care.he holds lots of patience.. Highly recommend saloon in this area

Worst Parlour Ever visited, For money They would go to any cheap Level, Charged 8k stating Keratin Treatment and burnt all the scalp, which initially started with bleeding and turned into infection. They accept its there fault but they will not return the pay back. The Manager or this parlour is very rude, they keep trapping people for money in the name of treatment.. There is no proper trained beauticians or specialist.

Untrained staff and Rude Manager. Staff is not at all trained, Just dont waste money as we dont feel as we are in Parlour. Price are very high. All the time its empty anyone can walkin at anytime. If they see any customer they Jump and try to catch you and start manipulating by there services and treatments by (UNTRAINED STAFF).

Very friendly staff, good reliable services, well maintained clean parlour, usage of branded professional products and reasonable pricing. My experience at this parlour have always been the best

No battery backup in the salon. If power fails then they simply leave the work in between which causes bad look. Money also wasted in that
