I've recently visited padmaroanagar naturals, I've done my hair colour ,spa and even hair cut done by Sai kiran it almost took half a day without tiredness he did it very nice and i can't stop my self pampering he was such friendly and homie hair stylist . I am very dissatisfied with the communication of the staff while mentioning the price for service. The staff did not mention the total or additional price for the service they suggested apart form hair cut. I was told both hair cut and hair mask will be done at the price mentioned by staff but while billing they charged extra for the hair mask which I was not even willing to get initially. The staff should do a better communication while mentioning total or additional price before getting the service.

I recently went there because my hair stylist was out of town and I urgently needed a cut They did a terrible job and my hair is now ruined It's uneven And I kept wondering while the guy was cutting my hair if that was the right method because he couldn't even hold the scissors right I'm so disappointed And I don't know what to do with my hair now

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received today. Earlier, I have always appreciated the quality and professionalism at Naturals. Although I may not be a regular customer, I have consistently chosen your establishment. However, I cannot help but feel that certain customers are given priority over others, which is quite disheartening, also.. today's experience, in particular, was extremely upsetting. Unfortunately, I now feel as though my hair has been ruined. I sincerely hope that such issues are addressed to maintain the standards that once set Naturals apart.
