I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional services and hospitality provided. Neelima exceeded my expectations with her expertise in both haircuts and eye care. The ambiance was delightful, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I am extremely satisfied with the services and would highly recommend them.

I recently visited this salon for the first time and was lucky to have Abdul as my stylist. Despite the language barrier (I speak Telugu and he speaks Hindi), Abdul understood my needs perfectly. He crafted a hairstyle that suited my hair texture and face shape perfectly. Abdul's friendly demeanor and the salon's affordable prices make it a top choice for quality service. Highly recommend!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Manea for a facial and pedicure /manicure and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The entire experience was exceptional, but I want to highlight the incredible service provided by Surekha. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which immediately put me at ease. Surekha, my esthetician, demonstrated an impressive level of skill and professionalism. Her facial massage techniques were nothing short of heavenly. I found myself so relaxed that I actually dozed off during the treatment! Her touch was gentle yet effective, and she tailored the facial to meet my individual needs, using high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. In addition to the facial, the overall ambiance of the salon contributed to an experience that was both calming and revitalizing. Definitely it's worth the visit..one of the best pampering sessions..Owner Saritha Garu receives customers sooo well.. Surekha garu Beautician,Makeup artist what not she is all rounder made my eyebrows look sooo better after so many beauticians did bad at work and fabulous head massage and spa services..she has done magic with her hands and made me soo relaxed.. definitely gonna visit again

Would have avoided writing this review even after getting my hair damaged and the scalp burnt. But, yesterday's experience makes me write a detailed review. Service - Global color and highlights. Day 1 - I was asked to come at 4:30pm and I reach there at 4:25pm but the one appointed for the service comes at 5:30pm. After discussing on what I wanted he starts with the coloring and once all was done and my hair was washed for the 1st time - I was shocked to see my hair completely blonde. This was around 11pm. He said he will redo and rectify - started all over again at 11pm....when it was washed for the 2nd time - it was almost the same...all blonde, damaged and my scalp burning like anything...Almost 12 midnight was the time. The owner comes and assures that the next day all will be ok and they will give spa which would help. Day 2 - I go early morning, they give the spa as said - there was no hairfall that day....after discussion they agree to another spa sitting once I was back to Hyderabad and I requested them to let the same staff do the same spa procedure as today, to which they agree. I was told that they would charge for the 2nd spa - to which I did not agree and asked them to keep their word. They said that it takes alot of time and products so they would charge something. Here I was like what about my time, my loss, the damage the pain the burning!!!! They refunded the amount as my husband was firm on taking it back as we will definitely have to pay any other saloon I would have to go to repair the blunder. 19th dec - the day that makes me write this review!!!! I call the owner for my 2nd spa. I speak to her and the staff that I wanted to get the spa done from....I tell her I will be there in 5 mins and she agrees. I reach there and see the Owner getting pedicure done from the same staff. I agree to get it done from other staff (as I just wanted to finish it off) the staff doing my spa and the other staff continuously keep talking in isharas makes me feel uncomfortable and furious. And as expected the spa was not the same as last time i had to ask for the scalp massage and the steam and only then it was provided. There was a lot of hair fall to add. Even they wanted to finish it off it seems. I was lucky that I was not charged for this quick spa. Overall ..... a very very bad experience and not at all recommended. Highly disappointed!!! Attached are my pictures- 1 what I has showed them of how I wanted and the other what they did. I am still with the blonde color hair coz i cannot get it colored one more time in this short period.
