Studio11 Salon & Spa Aparna Hill Park Lake Breeze

I have been visiting this studio 11 for more than a year. The service has always been top notch. But my visit today left me disappointed. I went for a clean up and the lady who provided the service did not seem trained. Very poor service offered by her. They have really brought down the service standards.

Very terrible experience. They did not use their brain to see how will it look after the haircut. Also when I asked for a head massage one of the staff clearly said they do not have any oil as if he does not want to take this service. Later they confirmed they have oil after I booked an appointment with Naturals.

Outstanding Service. Recently did facial and pedicure I m feeling relaxed,fresh and stress free. Overwhelmed with the Service by Kousar. She took a lot of time and she is so professional at her work. I highly recommend her for any service @ studio 11.

I would like to recommend the facial services particularly staff names Kousar she is very good in her work, am impressed the way she took time and effort for such a relaxing facial massage , can feel the instant result, quite friendly and approachable too. Keep up the good work.

I went for a manicure and pedicure - Shadaab provided an appalling service today. I would strongly avoid him. My father had a similar experience before.

Excellent Service. Recently did hair spa and facial and feeling fantastic, fresh and stress free. Facial done by Staff Kousar is so relaxing.You must go for it... They take a lot of time and are so professional in their Job even if there is a rush at Salon.
