I have been getting my lashes and brows done by Charlotte for around a year now and I can honestly say they are the best lashes and brows I have had! Charlotte takes such care with her treatments and is such an easy lovely person to talk to. The treatments are not only high quality but very quick. I have spoken to all the ladies that work there and they are so lovely and kind. They make you feel so welcome. I can't recommend the girls are Charlotte bensons beauty bar enough!

I can't recommend Charlotte enough! I chose her to do my wedding lashes back in April 2023, and it was one of the best decisions I made. Charlotte was so thoughtful and professional; she suggested I come in a month before to make sure I wouldn't have any reactions and to perfect the look for my big day. Since then, I've been coming back every two weeks because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes! Not only does she consistently deliver flawless results--my lashes are always full, beautiful, and exactly how I want them--but she's also incredibly kind and welcoming. Charlotte makes each appointment a joy; she's so warm, friendly, and always up for a good chat. I genuinely look forward to every visit. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work, look no further than Charlotte. I feel so lucky to have found her and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Thank you, Charlotte, for always making me feel my absolute best!

I trained with charlotte for 5 of her courses and she made me feel so comfortable and confident. She's so friendly. Very professional. She's helped me so much and I will always look back at her for starting me on my new journey. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Really recommend Charlotte and her team! I'd had my lashes done a few times in other salons before I started with Charlotte and I couldn't get over the difference when I starting having them done here! Charlotte and Jodie are so friendly and always make sure to take the time to talk you through everything to make sure you get the lashes that suit you. They're so skilled at what they do and care about giving you a great finish, always checking every single lash is perfect! You can clearly see the passion they have for their work. My lashes last well and they also really care about keeping your natural lashes healthy and advising on good aftercare. Best place to go in Brighton! Highly recommend! Xx

Extremely disappointing experience for my first time having LVL. The treatment left my lashes overly processed, leading to a significant loss of hair. When I contacted Charlotte, she was very confrontational and accused myself of not following the aftercare treatment as advised. She became very rude over message and also threatened to take legal action against me. This was an extremely disheartening experience and as I have never had my lashes done previously, it has unfortunately put me off any treatments on them in the future. Very unprofessional!!!

Amazing as always !, Charlotte has always been my go to for lashes! Always going the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and the lashes are always the BEST even down to washing your lashes before having an infill, you will always leave feeling yourself! No other place to go!

Charlotte is the best in the business. From lashes to brow laminations, i could not recommend anyone better. She is super friendly and has such a welcoming aura. There is not much more you could ask for!
