I have been coming here for what I should think is nearly 10 years!! if I want any beauty treatments done this is definitely the place to go to, I will not go anywhere else!! Their lash extensions are by far the best in Brighton and Hove and are of a very good quality and will last for ages. Aliscia and her team are extremely friendly and welcoming and you won't be disappointed if you come here. Thanks for all the great service I have received over the years :)

I highly recommend this hairdressers. Marcella put a lovely tint on my hair, and covered all my greys. My hair now feels in lovely condition. She cut and styled my little girls hair, and they loved the experience. We will be back very soon.

I saw all these 5 star reviews and was super excited to get my nails done here. However I was left a bit disappointed with the service received vs my 5 star expectations from these reviews. First it was quite difficult to make an appointment. They never answer the phone so I went in (the wrong side to the hair side) and was told the next appointment was 4 days away. The lady was mid through doing someone's hair so I felt rushed and said I'd just try calling again. I ended up phoning and left a voicemail and when they called back I booked the next available appointment (4 days away). Busy place! There is a number you can text to make an appointment but it would be better if it was published somewhere instead of just reading it out on the voicemail. I had a 9.40 appointment (they open at 9.30) and I still waited 20 mins to get started. The manicure didn't include cuticle trimming or buffing, which was disappointing. There didn't seem to be any other manicure options on the price list and I wasn't asked what kind of manicure I wanted, so not sure if I was given an express when I wanted a full. I got the impression that this salon caters more to the regular customers, which is understandable as that's going to be a lot of their business. It seemed like the regulars really loved having a good chat with the owner and that's why they keep coming back. However as a new customer I felt a bit unwelcome and rushed. If I lived in the area I probably wouldn't go back.

I put down the wrong appointment so I was an hour late and the lovely owner agreed to still do my haircut! Amazing service and really lovely staff! Love my holiday hair. Highly recommend
