After moving down here 12 years ago I struggled to find a hairdresser here but when I found Monroe I finally found a hairdressers that would do my hair as I wanted it with very little explaining how I like it. I have had both Lisa and Courtney do my hair on many occasions and they are excellent. Lisa normally does my colour and cut, sometimes we add in some random colour (pink so far). I went from very dark brown back to my blonde again which was a process whilst also growing my hair. I then decided back in May/June this year to finally go for it and get extensions. Due to Lisa being away Courtney kindly fitted my extensions and omg I am in love with them. At current they have been in for just over 6 weeks and I have yet to loose any yet. The salon is amazing and beautiful even more since it had to be redone. I am excited to go back to get my first refit and root touch up (and go ambitious with some red) and then hopefully brave the rainbow holographic hair.

I was lucky enough to have the lovely tori work on an exciting project with me after coming to her with an entire head of red box dye and wanting to go towards my natural (but slightly darker) tones. We spent plenty of time making sure we were on the same page, understanding the colours we were wanting and potential expectations! So grateful for the time and effort put into this, we had lots of fun and giggles throughout the appointment and I was so pleased with the result (with one more appointment to go to finish off). All the girls chipped in to help get the appointment done so a huge thank you to Courtney and daisy too, you are all a credit to the salon and should be so proud of the service you deliver

I had my hair dyed and cut recently by the lovely Tori after a couple years of neglecting my hair care. We had a thorough consultation to discuss what I wanted and what we thought would be best for my hair type. Upon arrival , all the girls made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my hair. It looks so healthy and the colour is exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to come back for my next appointment!

Always an amazing experience at Monroe, the salon is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. After seeing a number of recommendations I went for a consultation with Courtney and was super happy with the process. She's absolutely lovely and really professional, I've been back 4 times since first going to her and she is the absolute queen of blondes! Always leave feeling like a princess. 100% recommend!

I personally cannot fault this salon! Having had various treatments from extensions to having my hair chopped off I can safely say I have always felt confident that Lisa and her girls will look after my hair. I have had my highlights done by Monroe for a while and when I decided to have extensions put in last year, it was an amazing experience and the results speak for themselves. They colour matched my hair perfectly, you would never have known I had extensions, they looked stunning. The process was much quicker than I expected and I was pampered the whole time I was there. My refits and highlights have equally been superb and I can't fault the service. The salon has a luxurious vibe about it and the added extras make the whole experience so much more than going to the hairdressers. Lisa has built an amazing salon with a great team, and I would highly recommend them.

As soon as I entered the salon I received dirty looks. While I was getting my highlights done she was walking away every two seconds and speaking to people around me instead of to her client. I felt out of place when salons are supposed to make u feel welcome. I felt as tho they were so unprofessional and never would I ever enter that salon again. The outside of the salon was dirty and an akward place to find and it ruined my day with the amount of disrespectful I felt. My hair wasn't even as Bright as I wanted it but as I was going to say something I got cut off and I just wanted to leave as soon as my hair was washed. I would NOT reccomend going
