Empress salon

I have visited this salon a few times, and while the staff has generally been cooperative, my recent experience--particularly with the co-owner--was extremely disappointing. He had initially planned to do my hairdo, but without any prior notice or communication, he suddenly left, citing an emergency. He returned nearly two hours later. During his absence, multiple staff members attempted to manage my hair, but none could clearly explain where he had gone or who was responsible for continuing the service. I eventually had to contact the owner of the salon myself, after which someone finally took over and completed the service. When the co-owner returned, I politely expressed that he should have informed me before leaving and properly handed over my service to someone else. However, his response was shockingly arrogant and dismissive, showing a complete lack of professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction. Additionally, hygiene at the salon has consistently been poor during my visits. The premises are visibly dirty, there appears to be no proper sterilization of equipment, and even the combs used are unclean. I noticed that the person appointed for cleaning was also washing clients' hair, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene practices. On weekends, when the salon should ideally have more staff, it remains severely understaffed. Although the pricing is relatively lower compared to other salons, the quality of service reflects that--and perhaps even falls below that standard. Beyond just improving service, there is an urgent need to focus on cleanliness, sterilization, and above all, customer handling. Running a business in the service industry requires basic professionalism, which was clearly lacking in this case

Kafi acha laga yaha akar ,muje staff ka nature and owner ka bhi bht acha tha Manager was also good . Ambience was good. Services were priced well . Best place for make up and hair style and hair Services. Skin treatments was also good to have here. Mr ashraf is gents specialist for hairstyle.

I had an amazing experience at Empress Salon in Sadar, Agra! The staff is incredibly professional, skilled, and welcoming. I had bad experience...... They cut my hair..... No style no shape..... Very very bad experience... I would not recommend to anyone go there
