I have been here for the first time and the service provided here was really very good . The whole staff is very cooperative.. my hair cut was done by Geeta & hair spa was done by Dinesh .. both deed their job very well... I loved the hair cut done by Geeta & head massage by Dinesh was fabulous overall great experience

I took haircut from Yusuf, loved his work. Very dedicated and good haircut. I am happy that a branded salon has come up in this area. I wish them all the best and would recommend everyone to try their devices. Thanks Yusuf for the awesome haircut.

Hands down the best parlor i have been to in Agra so far. Geeta was amazing and highly professional. She makes you feel at ease and has knowledge and temperament of a pure professional. I highly recommend this Salon and Geeta for anyone looking for a great service.!!!

@Geeta Rajput: her work is really amazing, she's truly an expert in her work. Perfection can be seen in her work. @Ronnie is also amazing specially for hair and massage. But Manager in the salon doesn't look professional, took things on her male ego and very unprofessional

One star only due to manager.. Manager is not good at this place. When I went to this salon first time he was busy in his work & not very keen to entertain me but i neglect this fact because this salon is near by my place & so I visited regularly. But today again its proved that he's not only rude, stubborn, thinking himself over-smart but also aggressive. I went there today after calling him for hair services, which was discussed by hair professional 2 weeks ago & he assured that he know everything. I had highlighted hairs so i told him to refresh the color as discussed 2 weeks ago. 2-3 new childish staff was there so i asked him about that old hair dresser & he told me that hair dresser got transferred. I asked him who's going to do this so he said he's in the industry for so many year & he has experience. I thought that he might be into hair services previously so I got comfortable. But after some time he's trying to click my hair pics, going inside, come outside and started my hair color by instructed one of those childish staff who really don't know from where to start the hair color.. I asked him again are you sure that you are able to do this..??? He assured again. I was keep telling him that I like my highlights the way they are- light & dark. After applying touch-up when i disrupt him that this is not the right way to apply touch up, he said we don't have technical staff, he/ she will come tomorrow Again i asked him to postpone it for 2 days if he's not sure but he said its ok. But the end result was bad as all my highlights were merged. But he was manipulating it stated so many things so i asked i client that are u able to see any highlights in my hair ??? She said - "NO but this is also nice"... and he keep instincted that they're looking nice after this. When i like my hair in highlighted way of light & dark, why should I opt for how they're looking nice to him ??? After a harsh talk he aggressively throw his phone on the rececption counter and go out. Rather than giving a solution he's arguing. Actually this person is not good in nature. All his experienced & good staff left or transferred maybe due to his behavior. Every now & than, there's new staff. He's very rude, egoistic & proudy... I will go day after tomorrow for a resolution, lets see what happens...
