Ozone Unisex Salon - Best Unisex salon in Sikandra Agra

Never even try this Salon. Red flags.. The men staff is really nice and average when it comes to skills. However, female staff is extremely bad and rude. Beware of Fareen. On 2 occasions they did a blunder- 1. Hair coloring, where we asked for inoa as it is the better one(costly though) but they went in mixed something and colored the hair. Resulted in color on forehead ear and even lining visible on the head. When asked they were not accepting anything. 2. We made booking and asked for Home service, Fareen in particular said she will take 500 for coming to home. We came later and told that we will pick up and owner was ok for 500 less but she started saying I need minimum xyz money and will not go very rudely. She behaves like a boss and unnecessary attitude. I then drop my sister for in place service. All this I did because men grooming guys assured that things will be done well. But then comes Fareen who made my sister sit for 90 mins before starting on her.. I asked her why so she started saying you should have pay me in full as I was asking earlier.. I told her but this is not a home service now. She got extremely rude and started shouting. Finally my sister came after 3 hours and my younger brother was so sad on his marriage as sister was missing through the barat.

Very very very very bad at cutting hair, don't know a thing about hairstyling, think they know the best for everyone, ruined my diwali with a horrendous haircut, insisted on giving me a razor cut instead made me a mushroom, the hair looks like jellyfish now and it's the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. 0/10 would never recommend this salon to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!!!!!

Guy was smelling of booze, he spoiled my beard, nipped me 3 times even after telling him, had to leave in middle without completing. Very risky place to be

Not gonna refer this salon at all to anyone. She ruined my most of the special day with her ridiculous so called makeup. Plus she is rude as well. She doesn't know the M of makeup. She made me bhootni literally. Please guys it's a request and a suggestion too don't visit this salon. Such unprofessional staff they are having. Plus that lady owner is the rudest person i have ever come across to a salon.

I think the best in sikandra the Ozone is,it's actually provide you services in competitive prices of the market. They're generally expensive but not super expensive as well as if you are gonna spend something it's totally worth For eg I spent 50 INR for shaving what generally you expect is a blade over your face but no here they apply overall up to 5 layers massage cream, blender,massage, shaving cream, blade scraping,water cleanser,mild perfume this turns out to be awesome and clean you don't need to bath again in your house Same stands for Hair they aren't chop unless you give them perfect instructions and don't chop hair according to themselves like other barbers do I appreciate it For facials might seem expensive but they take almost an hour to complete with alot of different layers & methods of application with full dedication towards customer preferences Everything is just Awesome and charming experience And I visit here only none other than anywhere like I usually did It's best Hats off Customer service is the major attraction & they proved it

Had a very bad experience I am not recommending this salon just because it is very unprofessional and this staff owner is very rude like haathi k daant khane k kuch or nd dikhane k kuch orshe didn't realise her mistake and make fun of customer .unexperienced and totally unprofessional and rudely behaviour with customer

Worst haircut i have ever gotten in my life, i am never going to this dumb place again!!!!
