Very bad services. Please don't go with the name or the hype they have created. 1.Multiple brides - They treat you like just another bride and do multiple brides at the same time. If you are lucky being the first one they pay a bit attention on , it's good otherwise you are a gone case 2. Quality of makeup and finishing - Not that great. I did my engagement makeup and guess what the makeup started to crack right after leaving the studio. My smile lines were appearing and I was conscious the whole time in event 3. No personalisation - The MUA did not even care to ask what kind of makeup I wanted or customise it according to my personality. I trusted her in her work but it did not turn out great. 4.Unprofessionalism - They charged me more than they had quoted and the booking I had done . The staff denied the quoted prices. 5.Selfish - During the makeup time all they cared about was content for the Instagram channel. They made me do dance moves which I was not even comfortable in doing . Had they paid the same attention to makeup with this dedication it would have been a game changer 6. Not punctual - My makeup was not done on the time I had asked for . It was delayed due to which my function got delayed and could not give much time to my photographers.Again this was because they do multiple brides at the same time So please think twice before booking them , do not go with the name or their followers. For my wedding I am planning to book a small MUA who can give time and attention to me.
