Hellow Kotak Mahindra Bank I am a open account in Kotak Mahindra Bank in online and am a appointment given date but your agent was not came and doing KYC plz do visit given address and do fast KYC I hope u understand my problem

Very bad behavior, we went to open current account, customer support is nothing

Deposited cheque for clearance one weak over yet not cleared bank executives are saying that we will call back you after getting the details of cheque and not providing their contact numbers. As it is not possible to reach branch each and every day....worst hospitality and poor service. Already shared on social email as well as to other senior but no replied yet...such a poor service.

Staff behaviour is good. Helpfull. And Location on map is different. It is situated beside ICICI BANK civil lines.

Never open A/c in this branch.3rd class service. They cleared opening cheque in 15 days and after 25 days not give passbook.If asked about passbook they told use 1 month then they give passbook....I m still waiting...

All emp behavior is very bad.with manager..not given good information...only irritated customers and not solve problems ..I visit for name correction but not solve my problem

Very good Bank for rich peoples but bad for poor citizens..
