Lakme Salon

Hi .....this is Pranshi...I have visited the Lakme outlet of Barabanki for the first time.....I had a great experience...they provided with splendid services...the staff is amazing n highly cooperative...Do visit!!!

Too bad! The makeup artist i guess her name is **Shivani** is is also the manager didn't even prep the skin or use a primer. It was totally unhygienic--the brushes and sponges were very dirty. She was very unskilled, and the makeup turned out very cakey and uneven. We specifically asked for a natural-looking makeup look for a 25th anniversary function, but she gave a cakey bridal look that we didn't even request that made my face look terrible and i was too ashamed of makeup on my special day because of them . When I complained that the makeup looked terrible, all the employees teamed up to suppress my voice, and the manager was very rude, refusing to listen to my concerns or address the issue. Also, i already told them that i need to be ready before 6.30pm so she asked me to come at 5pm even after i asked her several times that i need to be ready before 6.30pm But they took soo much of time and got me late i got ready at 8 pm. Due to which i got late on my function. Additionally, one of the flowers fell from the Juda pin, and instead of fixing it properly, she glued it to my hair. Later, I realized that the glue tore my hair. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience, and both the manager and staff were extremely rude.

Shalini and pooja did an amazing job on my makeup and hair for my wedding day! My mom and sister also had their makeup and hair done and it came out exactly like they wanted. Everything lasted all day and we were all so happy

I cannot express enough Shalini & all team were so wonderful, accommodating, and did an amazing job. They truly made me feel (and look) so beautiful on the most important day of my life. Thank you and your team so much!

Services are excellent.... behaviour of all staff of salon is very excellent ...... talking style or work doing style is good .... That's why I am giving 5 stars .. to the Shalini mam.........

My overall experience is marvelous.I loved their services.Staff is lovely and caring too.Would love to visit again and again.
