Very rude staff Tried to blame their incompetence to wax on my thicker hair growth Took 10 turns each underarm to remove just 80% of the hair their Left a lot of hair spots on my arms and legs Didn't thread eyebrows probably Specially the lady sitting on the reception was extremely rude and condescending

Worst haircut experience. The stylist paid no attention to what I wanted. Just proceeded to do whatever haircut he knew how to do I showed him a photo of the haircut required. He said it was just a photo - not a real haircut!!! Wasted my time and money and am still stuck with a boring and basic haircut. On the lookout for a trained hairstylist...
