My sister had a very very bad experience with Btrove. She went here for underarms wax and one of the employee here named Sughandha, she didnot know how to wax correctly and her waxing technique gave a big black impression of wax strip in underarms which is still there even after a month. My sister felt pain in waxing as the attendant was highly unskilled.
