Had the best experience with my nail. Special recommendation to @Richa Verma for such a fantastic job done. I have had experiences in Paris and India too but had never got such satisfaction somewhere else. Will be getting back for more special or a girly day. Kudos

Recently I visited lakme Bulandshahr, I never had such a bad experience in even any local salon also. They just do not match the standards of lakme. I have visited lakme in others cities also but never had such bad experience. Here beauticians are so untrained they even don't know how to do wax. One of the beautician her name is Neha, she has no idea how to apply wax and after complaining got to know that she is just a helper not beautician. How irresponsible these people are they are giving customers to an untrained staff who is not even beautician. Very disappointed. Their male hairdressers sachin was trying to tell me that skin is sensitive so it got peel the person who had no idea what happened during service. The owner Shilpi Agarwal she refunded my money after 2 days of service, staff is very poor and they don't have any trained experts. Her recently joined new beautician Richa who is a fresher they gave a new client and she was not trained to work on new clients single handedly. She ruined my hand and gave me peels just before 1 month of my wedding. It's my suggestion to everyone please read my review before taking any service from lakme Bulandshahr.
