Gallantry Unisex Salon

I recently visited a salon for nanoplastia and global color services after seeing some positive Google reviews. When I arrived, however, the salon was closed, and a contact number was posted on the door. I called the number and spoke with Mr. Kaushal, the owner, who informed me that the salon was closed that day but assured me he could provide both services at reasonable prices, which initially sounded good. On the day of my appointment, there was no electricity in the salon. Mr. Kaushal and only one other hairdresser were present, and I was the sole client. When I questioned whether the salon was permanently closed, Mr. Kaushal explained that they were undergoing renovations, which was why it seemed empty and the power was out. I watched him recharge the electricity and buy the color tube right in front of me. I opted for a global golden brown color, but Mr. Kaushal informed me that there would be extra charges for a pre-light process. With a wedding approaching the next day, I decided to proceed since they promised to complete both services in one day. After the coloring was done, I noticed that the color only covered half of my hair. When I asked the hairdresser about this, he told me that it would look different after the treatment and suggested I wash my hair on the third day post-treatment. To my disappointment, I ended up paying a substantial amount for less than satisfactory results. My hair was left with an uneven color--half light brown and half dark brown--and the nanoplastia did not meet my expectations either. I reached out to Mr. Kaushal again to express my concerns, but he claimed they had done their best and could not make improvements. I urge others to be cautious of glowing reviews, as my experience suggests that they may be misleading. I believe the salon is closed, and Mr. Kaushal was not truthful about the operational status. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service; while he was polite and friendly, the focus on providing actual services seems lacking. I wouldn't recommend falling into the same trap I did.

I have been here for Nanoplastia treatment, my frizzy hair have become smooth now also there is no hairfall after this treatment, staff was very good, highly recommended

The manager here who is probably also the owner of this shop Mr.Kaushal His way of talking was very polite. The way he was welcoming the customers, offering them water, managing the rest of the things was very nice. It would not be an exaggeration to say that it seems he is a manager since childhood. The most attractive and main point of this shop is that it is made on the theme of the army of our country, which gives you an impression as soon as you enter inside the shop. I had got O3+ facial done here and took general services like hair cut and shave. they did a good job. Overall experience was good.

The salon has a really cool vibe and the staff are so nice. I definitely suggest checking it out!
