"Worst experience before being experienced". She confirmed the makeup bookings for 2 dates but cancelled it after 2 days of booking, just conveyed a message to me from a third person that your booking is cancelled because mitali having a bridal booking somewhere else and she forgot about that. Uff.. how unprofessional she is. She doesn't even know how to make a new booking. And if there is any issue, she should call me directly. I won't recommend her to anyone because commitment is the first step of professionalism.
