Worst service. Cut my forehead and lips while doing eyebrows and upper lips. Don't do if you don't know. I was bleeding. The lady then cleaned up unapologetically. So shameless

I had visited today for pedicure and haircut,I had confirmed the rates with their catalogue which was provided by their receptionist. At the time of payment they said the catalogue is very old and demanded 400/- extra. They are big cheaters and fraud. So please beware of them.

Sondarya wellness studio is the best studio in Kavi Nagar Ghaziabad. I got my laser hair removal done from here and I enjoyed the session. It was amazing to see that in just few sessions i have got such reduction. Best place for laser hair removal.....

I visited Sondarya beauty & wellness Studio and got my haircut and Slimming done. Since the time I have visited Sondarya I never had a thought of going anywhere else. The hairstylists are experienced and have great talent of making the hair look beautiful and the hospitality that they provide is top notch.

These 2 sisters will take booking and token amount from you and then no-show on the event. This happened with me when they called me on my engagement night while my photo shoot was ongoing, they said that they can't come because they have other makeup bookings with them. I booked them for next day and without considering that it was bridal makeup for Sangeet function, they just called and said that they can't come and requested to look for other MUA. I was so panicked that I have my functions going and no MUA for my next day functions. Luckily I requested other MUA to do my Bridal Sangeet makeup. They both came month before the functions to my house and took token amount in cash to which they didn't return in the first place. I found out that they have cancelled many bookings after committing bookings and taken token amount. I don't know how their reviews are 5 star or is it some type of fraud they are doing for reviews. But I don't recommend this place for any service. And how come all men are posting for makeup services and nail extensions, these all are fraud reviews.

My daughter who had her marriage function booked Ruchi and Shashi for her Bridal Sangeet makeup and party makeup for others. She cancelled the day before the function and was not returning token amount. If you are making commitment then they should not back out. Luckily we found Makeup artist nearby. She has done this witg others as I heard from many people. 4.9 rating is fake as boys are putting makeup reviews. Very funny. If you book her then be ready for surprise cancellation.

I booked Ruchi and Shashi for my party makeup and my sister's bridal makeup. But she cancelled the booking night before the function and was calling during her Engagement Photoshoot. She asked us to understand her situation and reason for not coming at the end moment. It was a panic situation for us. These two are one of the most unprofessional MUA I have met. Also, this is unprofessional to cancel the booking after taking booking amount. They will give you full assurance that they will come and will try to create a friendly bond with you and then ditch you and leave you helpless. If there is an option to give rating below 1 star - I will rate them the worst. With so many tasks on hand for marriage, I was taking care for on the spot MUA.
