These guys super busy to book any appointment. Ambience is nice, but it would have been better if the staff corporates with the customer! Not a recommendation to my friends.

Fraud employer and rude staff. I'll tell my experience in brief. I had a free haircut voucher which my wife got from her purchase at Sugar cosmetics. I called before for appointment and went on time. When I reached the salon, firstly I had to wait for quite a bit and then they said washing of hair before haircut is mandatory and for that I have to pay Rs 150. I was shocked to see such malpractice and then they rudely asked me to leave. Worst customer service.
