I had an amazing experience at The Looks Makeover Unisex Salon! I went in for a facial and hair spa, and I couldn't be happier with the services. I don't know from where to start. I have taken loreal hair spa twice from this place. First time they literally burnt my scalp while trying to dry my hair faster so that they can complete the service faster. For the second time it was the biggest blunder, even though they didn't have electricity they welcomed me for hair spa and after applying the loreal spa cream they didn't Even give any hair steam or head massage. Just applied hair spa cream and moved on to some other customer. That's really unacceptable. I even doubt the products they are using because just only after taking hair spa twice (2 times) I am facing severe hair fall and had to visit dermatologist to control my hair fall. (Still taking medicines because my scalp got soo much damaged) They also recommend me a facial worth 3-4k but it was not worthy at all. All they want is to sell O3 products to people. Although I never bargained with the prices, i paid whatever I was asked to still the experience is pathetic. As someone with long hair it's really hard to trust salons and I made the biggest mistake of my life by visiting here. I don't care whatever explanation they give after reading my review but I will never visit this pathetic salon ever again. If you don't love yourself, your skin and your hair then only you should visit otherwise save yourself.

It was great. Package was taken by me . Staff is so humble and cooperative. My mother was with me for few services. She was happy there. #Mukesh Sir, the girls #Tanu and #Pooja. Superb staff. 5 stars for these people.

I got my makeup done for 2 events from Looks Makeover salon. The owner and staff are wonderful and professional. Pranika was a real pro at what she does. My makeup was great, stayed put without any issues both days. She is very receptive to feedback and also took self notes for adjusting makeup to suit my needs. Thanks very much to Pranika and the team!

This is the first time I've visited here. The services and staff are both amazing. They've maintained professionalism yet friendly staff. Pooja & Tannu are amazing. You should visit & give it a try. I would love to visit again.
