Very disappointed with the service. My sister went in for a simple laser cut, but the stylist ended up giving her uneven layers instead. The barber insisted on a layer cut, claiming it was better suited for her hair strength, but it was clear he wasn't capable of handling thick hair properly. The result looked unprofessional and uneven, clearly reflecting a lack of skill and experience. To make matters worse, they charged an unnecessarily high amount just for a basic haircut. Totally not worth the money or the visit. I expected much better from a brand like VLCC.

Very bad experience, they have invented their own rate and the rates keeps on increasing every time you visit. They are charging you randomly without any prior notice. Poor service the person doing head wash don't know how to do it spilling water everywhere, even the water they give is smelling.

trust me, No value of time here, worst service, time wasting experience, do not go there for any service, mujhe 1 ghanta wait krwaya or fir last me kisi or ko bula liya hair cut k liye, worst hair cut experience,

There is aguu named SAMEER, He is just master in hi craft.He knows his job very well. And he is also good at observing your requirements for a haircut, shave you face anything. And he does his service very politely with great communication skills. And trust me you will come out a happy face after being served by him.

Serving was quite fabulous especially the treatment of mens hair by Mr. Sameer. Also the product quality was good. They handle the work with utmost care and give time.
