Awful experience at this salon--absolutely not worth the cost! Sanitation was a serious problem, as they reused the same makeup brushes on multiple clients. I had my makeup done a month ago and am still suffering from a severe allergic reaction caused by their products. I was completely dissatisfied with both my makeup and hairstyle. When I requested adjustments, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to cooperate. The makeup was thick, uneven, and aged me significantly, making me feel nothing like myself. My nail extensions were done hastily, with glue smeared all over my fingers, and one even fell off within hours. The staff was highly unprofessional, impolite, and dismissive of customer concerns, even making sarcastic remarks about clients. They refused to acknowledge any mistakes and acted as if their work was flawless. In the end, I had to remove everything. It was a total waste of time and money--I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone looking for skilled service or professionalism.

Their lack of blending skills left the eyeshadow patchy and dark, completely ruining the look and making me look like a clown. After the makeup was done, I was deeply dissatisfied. When I requested corrections, the staff responded with condescension and taunts instead of addressing the issues. They dismissed my concerns, making me feel as if my requests were unreasonable and that they had done a perfect job. Ultimately, I had to remove the makeup, redo it myself and go to my event. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality service and professionalism.

The staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Neha ma'am did a wonderful job.. I had my bridal makeup by Neha ma'am.. Gautam aroma salon and it was so good and perfect.. Definately recommend this salon for you big day without any doubt. My engagement experience with Harshita tripathi ma'am from Gorakhnath brand was very bad.. she doesn't know anything.. lipstick, hair style, extensions , eyes makeup.. nothing was perfect.. please never go to Tripathi's salon.. If you are a bride-to-be please learn from my mistake and do your due diligence before choosing a salon! I went to this salon for my pre wedding services. Was supposed to go to the other aroma salon but ended up here thinking they're branches of the same brand, my first mistake. During getting my arms waxed the technician burned my skin off despite telling her again and again that she's hurting me. After getting severely burnt it should have been my sign to leave but I stayed when they said they will do better, another huge mistake! I got all sorts of services done be it waxing, body polishing, manicure, pedicure, nail extensions you name it. They failed to do even a mere average job and now I am left in pain. My skin is burnt, my nail beds are hurting. I'll either have to go to a dermatologist or a different salon to get everything fixed again after paying them an already exorbitant amount with only 2 days left to my wedding functions.
