I had my hair length of below the waist and I asked for a normal trim and layers but the lady did her own thing , chopped half ofmy hair off from the front of shoulder length which was still unequal and didn't even touched the back turning it into totally different badly done haircut and when I questioned about it she asked me to wait for her to style it n then I'll se the final result and so I did . She didn't even knew how to style a hair properly and turned my hair into a pull ball in the name of styling , Bob cut from front and one strand of hair from the back going down till my waist length and even after all this my haircut was still unequal from everywhere because she was so confident in herself that she didn't even do partition of my extremely long and thick hair . She was still fighting till the very end that it was layers haircut . Now because of her I'll have to get a extremely short haircut to make my hair even again . I never imagined my long beautiful hair could go waste like this . Save yourself .

Very bed quality and staff behavior also to bed. I have visited 2-3 times here and every time their behavior was very bad. Even they did the bed service as well.They've also done a terrible job with the with eyebrows

I wish i could give 0 rating. I went there on the name of loreal and hands down they have misused the name. I went for outer curls which was a normal task to do. The lady did my service, she dint even know how to do that. And manager of the store, igod i want to give him minus rating. He understood my requirements perfectly and dint even care to do that. They have runined my hair. And mind it, today is my friend's wedding. Please dont go to this place they will ruin your service
