This review is for salonline service booked in Gorakhpur. The girl that came was inexperienced and unprepared. We had booked loreal hair root touch up for 799/-. First, she used developer from other brand while color was from loreal. Kept trying to justify that they use it all the time. I complained to the customer care. They apologised for the mix up but looking at the behaviour of the beautician, this is not the first time they have done this. Please check their products properly before starting the service. Further, she mixed the color in wrong proportion. The color didn't work even keeping it for over 40 minutes. Wasted our 1 hour. Then there was a haircut and pedicure. Her pedicure machine was not working. So, I had to provide hot water. Although, given the price pedicure was decent. Now, the haircut was disaster. She only knew how to trim. She told this after completing the hair cut. I was speechless. Bottom line is salonline is hiring inexperienced young girls and doesn't give proper training to them. Same goes for Yes madam in Gorakhpur. Have tried them once in Gkp. Would not recommend these two services in Gkp.

Its very bad experience with them.....worker at not train well .....they burn my skin in so many place ...i will say...don't go with this salonline....

I have been taking their service for more than past 1 year and I am quite happy with it. Best way to pamper yourself at reasonable prices. The beauticians are well trained and quite professional. Booking the service is very easy. The products used by them are also skin friendly. It gives a wholesome experience everytime I take service from them.

service was amazing, very clean. professional touch. with the waxing i got head massage free and that was amazing. i felt so relaxed after the head massage, this is my second time i took this service and i am very satisfied from both of the service i took. price are very reasonable and the free services are like a dessert after meal.
