1/5 Stars - Appalling Experience at HD Makeover I'm extremely disappointed to share my recent experience at HD Makeover which was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating session. Unfortunately, the parlor's unhygienic conditions, uncleanliness, and lack of attention to detail made it a nightmare. As I entered the parlor, I was immediately put off by the overall ambiance, which was far from welcoming. The towels provided were old, worn out, and looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. I wanted to get a facial, full wax, manicure, and pedicure, but after taking a glance at the parlor's condition, I decided to opt out of the facial and full wax services. I only went ahead with the manicure and pedicure, hoping that these basic services would be performed decently. However, even the manicure and pedicure were not up to the mark. The attendant seemed to be in a hurry and missed out on crucial stepsduring the pedicure, leaving my feet feeling only partially pampered. The cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the moisturizing cream was not applied thoroughly. But what was even more disturbing was the state of the waxing room. The changing area was untidy, with clothes and towels scattered. The room was dirty everywhere, with dust and dirt accumulating in the corners. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I was horrified to think about the kind of hygiene standards they must be following in the waxing room. To make matters worse, the attendants were extremely pushy, trying to sell me additional services and products. Despite my clear decline, they continued to persuade me to take up more services, which was not only annoying but also made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, my experience at HD Makeover was appalling, and I would not recommend this parlor to anyone. The unhygienic conditions, uncleanliness, and lack of attention to detail are major concerns that need to be addressed immediately. Bad products. I took hd makeup(mac) service few days back. Makeup was fine but I got forehead bumps the next day all over it. It's been 10 days now , still bumps are visible over my forehead. Either they have used expired product or dirty brushes.
