Entire family came for a day of treatments and it was done extremely well. Shahrukh especially gave a lot of time to each one of us and every service was done to perfection. I would recommend this salon to everybody. Price is very reasonable as well and the products are top quality and it is very hygienic as well.

Hulo Friends ! Hope you all are in good health and spirit ! I would like to introduce myself as Chetna from T3, shifted 2 months ago here. Today I want to share & inform everyone about my experience with AFITNITY SALON situated in Grow plus community. Though it is a bad and highly disappointing nightmare kind of an experience however I am still satisfied due to our society's active members who helped me. I went for a Kerasmooth treatment to Afinity salon few weeks ago, I asked 3-4 times before hand from their senior most professional (Shahrukh) about products, timings, money and all necessary questions before service. They gave me a roseyyyy & beautiful picure about the result which was as beautiful as fake like their lies. Unfortunately, I got my hair burnt by their so called 8 yrs experience professional Feroz. He burnt appx. 6 to 7 inches hair from bottom. It was a scariest nightmare of my life because I love my hair and by God's grace they are healthy and beautiful(before treatment). I showed my first wash hair to them, and the team was quite casual and irresponsible about my loss. They gave me a false promise again that it will be fine upto 80% after we do a complimentary treatment of keratin. I trusted them and gave one more chance to Shahrukh who spoke regarding keratin. Again they failed the treatment and my hair got worse. Literally burnt from bottom till 7 inches. And, to my shocking surprise, this time when I went to show my after wash condition, the entire team was laughing chuckling and making me embarrassed. They tried to indirectly bully me and shoved head in disagreement saying "ab toh kuch nhi ho sakta, 3 4 din mein aayo dekhtey hain kuch karke".... as if they were doing some experiments on my hair and it's failing. This raised my temperament and I told Pure shop person Mr. Dinesh and on my one request he called the entire ATS team. 10 people came for my help and warned AFINITY TEAM if they dare to disrespect any women of this society, their shop will be banned from society and also scolded them to give my refund of 7500/- which they were denying before. My only concern here is, they have done these blunder mistakes in past also and nobody came to defend which gave them so much irrelevant attitude like "hogya toh kya ?" A refund of 7.5k will not give my natural hair back. They are burnt !! They should have a fear of not spoiling a person's work if they can't perform or just do it perfectly. My motive of writing this letter is to convey accurate message to all and beware every lady to change your salons and make them realize how unprofessional & unethical they are. BAN AFINITY SALON

I got a facial done here by Sonali, she was excellent in her approach. Her massaging skills were amazing and she was very sweet and gentle in her behaviour. Totally recommend Sonali from Afinity Studio!

Amazing customer service. Eye brows, upperlips, clean up and waxing- everything was done very well and with proper time, not in hurry. Special thanks to Jiya, she has done great facial massage.

As I had a really nice experience of facial last time so, I tried hydra facial for the very first time. It was Ms. Jia who was taking care of the treatment and she was very well aware about the entire process and had done it very nicely. I had a lot of query as it was my first time so she was amswering all my questions during the entire process. Few feedback- 1) The suction process in hydra facial could be better. I felt she wasn't that confident in holding that tool. 2) As you have all the facility at your place and when it comes to such treatments.. it needs a good ample time so washroom Should be there in case any client wish to visit. 3) I opted for such an expensive service no offer has been given by the salon.. as in some sort of discount should be give when I am taking the same service for two person. 4) No water, tea or coffee has been asked this time which should be taken care by the staff.

Initially I was worried about visiting this saloon due to my prior experience with another saloon but still I visited them hoping for the best and truly they did a great job. Their lady Alia did a wonderful job giving head and shoulder massage. A worth visit.

This is an awesome place to get yourself pampered!! I got hair and facial services done very nicely. Jia did a wonderful massage that made me feel refreshed and relaxed!
