Auraa Unisex Salon

My visit to Auraa Salon was an absolute nightmare. The service was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff had zero regard for my time. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into an endless wait, with no communication or explanation for the delays. It was as if they didn't care whether I was inconvenienced or not. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unorganized and uninterested in providing a professional experience. The lack of urgency and attention was beyond frustrating, and I left feeling utterly disrespected and dissatisfied. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid Auraa Salon if they value their time and money."

I recently visited this SALON for bridal Makeup Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unprepared, and the stylist didn't follow my instructions, leaving me with a haircut I didn't want. Additionally, the salon wasn't as clean as expected, which made the experience uncomfortable. I believe better communication and more attention to customer needs could improve the experience for others. While I appreciate the effort, I won't be returning unless significant changes are made."

I had a service from them and to be honest the place is very unhygienic, thier waxing room was so unhygienic I changed my mind and so it their staff. They should improve on that as they are providing the services which includes close contact.

Worst makeup experience... I'll suggest you do ur makeup by urself or attend the function without makeup but don't rely on aura... They r rude and unprofessional and also use cheap & Unhigenic products

I had a disappointing experience at Auraa. The staff seemed less experienced than expected, and their rudeness was noticeable throughout my visit. Additionally, the pricing was inconsistent--before the service, I was quoted one price, but after the service, they demanded more. Their products are very less quality. They forget to add eyelashes also. The high prices did not reflect the quality of the service received. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

They makeup the bride till event end and ruined the engagement plan because late in enagagement cermony

They did my makeup and it was all patchy. I had to wash my face and attend the event without makeup
