Loved my pedicure and manicure service at Esha's salon academy by Muskan(First). I came in with swollen feet and extremely dry skin after long flight and travel. She suggested the best pedicure service and delivered amazing results. Thank you

I visited this studio located at Jeevan Shah Tiraha(Below Reliance Trends) Jhansi, for groom makeup, and while the service staff was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The prices are too high for the services provided even the Habib's price are half, and the admin staff was rude, pressuring me to pay in the middle of the service. They also misled me about the payment--initially quoting a price but later insisting on cash to avoid a 18% GST charge, which should have been mentioned upfront. To make things worse, well-known brands like Habibs offer the same services at half the price. This lack of transparency and poor customer service make it hard to recommend.

i taken nanoplastia from the salon in 1 week my hair was damaged i have taken shampoo and conditioner which they recommend that cost 4000 both for shampoo and conditioner the charges 8000 for nanoplastia with fake product

I recently visited Esha's salon..I would say Best salon in jhansi..if you looking for bridal services, This salon is just Awesome..Here,Tanya and Meenu gives me Best services of Bridal package and also thanks to suraj sir for giving me Nice Hair Spa.

Worst experience ever. Highly disappointed with the service. I told the lady doing the service just to remove extra hair from my eyebrows and not touch the shape of it. She didn't just remove the extra hair but disturbed the shape of my eyebrow despite me telling her clearly not to do anything wrong extra thing. When I confronted her for the same, she started arguing that she didn't do anything wrong and your eyebrows are in perfect shape. I also took Rica wax service. I instructed the lady to stretch the skin before pulling the wax strip but she kept on pulling the strips without stretching. This led to hair breakage instead of removal from the root. I didn't get a smooth finish. Facial was good but there were not much options available for facial. There were just a few options given for facial though there is much variety of O3 facials available in the market. Too pricey for such a service. Not gonna visit the place again. Highly not recommended. ----------------------------------------------------

The experience for the reception makeup was very horrible. I had booked for AIRBRUSH makeup, but the entire makeup was done using a normal hand brush. When I asked about it, they said that the airbrush is used at the end. However, even at the end, they didn't use the AIRBRUSH. When I asked again, they just waved the airbrush near my face without turning it on, and the assistant sarcastically said, 'It's done now,' in a taunting tone. The makeup was horrible; the blush and highlighter were overdone, and everything was applied in just one spot and saying " ese hi hota he ". Seriously charging so high but the staff is not professional.After complaining owner help me to fix all those stupid make up mistake.
