Highly unprofessional. They don't even have the courtesy to inform their customers that they didn't have water even when I had already booked an appointment for hair cut a day prior. They only informed when I had sat for the haircut. However, I had to go through it as I had made my plans accordingly. Then during the billing very conveniently they are mentioning that the price of hair wash is inclusive whether one avails it or not. And how does such a big salon service centre not have a contingency for water is beyond me! Extreme unprofessionalism, no sense of customer satisfaction and intensely poor management. 1

I got my Bridal makeup done from VLCC Swaroop Nagar. Make up artist was Ms. Sweety Bajpayee. Each person personally complimented me for the flawless makeup. The face looked fresh and dewy. I am happy. Thank you :)
