I had a horrible experience with Glam Studio today. I decided to go for Aroma manicure and white tea pedicure. First, they themselves made a decision to change Aroma manicure(Rs.700) to white tea(Rs.1000) without properly informing me about it. Secondly, the lady at the counter tried to add more money into my bill. My bill was supposed to be Rs.3610 and she told me Rs.4200. This was before arguing with her on the manicure upgrade. When I asked her how she's calculating this amount. She calculated it in front of me again and couldn't tell me how she came up with that amount. She then apologized saying it was another clients bill but there was no other client present at that time. This was after I caught her trying to steal from me. I just want to make people aware of such practices in this salon or any other. Third, the services were unsatisfactory.

The entire experience, from pedicure to haircut was exceptional. Vishal and Anjali did an amazing job, overall the salon's staff's professionalism is unmatched. Every visit is a pleasure.
