Very good services given by team. Hair Spa and rica wax was top notch. They are very patient and dedicate their best in customer staisfaction. Very good team and great packages at pocket friendly cost.

The staff's promises and actual service are two different worlds. They make grand claims but fail to deliver even the basics. To top it off, the staff's behavior is completely unprofessional and rude. Utterly disappointing and not worth recommending to anyone. The manager of Mahanagar branch is totally ill mannered don't have sense how to talk to clients...if do complaints they use expiry and fake product.. please don't visit ever.. don't play with your skin and hairs
