Pre-Bridal Package Experience (October 2024) 1. I purchased a pre-bridal package in October 2024. I asked to remove my facial hair. They did face wax which caused a burn, leaving a permanent mark. When I complained, the staff denied responsibility, claiming the mark was already there or that it was highlighted by the facial. Instead of accepting their mistake, they were making random false excuses. 2. The girl doing my nail extensions was unprofessional. She spent most of the time talking non-stop about irrelevant things, making me irritated. I was getting late, so I politely asked her to finish quickly, but she took too much time not because she wanted to do her task perfectly but because she wanted to make Instagram reel "before and after" of nail extension. She seemed more focused on social media marketing rather than on the service itself, which was frustrating. 3. The hairstylist was polite and skilled, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The conclusion is that the parlour owner posts very impressive photos and videos on Instagram etc. but do not believe on these reels. Reality is different from these reels. Overall, my visit to this parlour was disappointing and frustrating.

I found them on instagram and the pictures looked good on there. However, I had two people doing my nails and they came out different obviously because two people did them. I'm not sure why they did that. I had to fix one hand myself. Afterwards they took a video of me giving a review of the place which was super awkward. I couldn't say I didn't like my nails. So after leaving I had to fix them because my right hand is longer than my left hand.

Guys don't get fooled ...like mujhe personally issue n h salon se maine yaha se 2 -3 times services li h but experiences bhut satisfying n mile rebonding krwai which was great and poly gel extension which was worst. Hydra facial liya up to the mark result n mila this time I take haircut and go for builder gel extension on same day i was super happy but after 3 days extension got remove one by one when i told to Mrs. Prachi she is ready to fix same extension again for which I refused and want compensation bcoz don't want waste my money again but is on her line and statement.... Mai ye n bol rhi ap services mt lo but bhut soch smjh kr services lijiye. I am not going to accept your allegation at all as I said previously all 10 not get removed once. If you thought i did such things which cause waste my money it's your mind...you commit confidently like these extensions are not get removed before 1 month while they got removed in 3 days then I ask for compensation on behalf of it bcoz it's not only your product and service it's others money tooo and what you said I don't like anyone service as you saw my reviews for others so firstly I don't visit parlours too frequently and being a client if I don't like anything I have right to post it...... well keep going.....but don't make fool of others with fake things...

I really liked Aashma's service at Prachi Makeup studio. I went there for the second time today, and today I was attended by Aashma, I liked her way of talking and her work was very good and I am very happy with her service. I would love to go again.

I did not have a good experience at this Salon/ Studio. I had taken a package of 1000 Rs (Mani and Pedi + Face clean up) . During pedicure the staff kept on gossiping about other staff and I had to direct them about the steps of Pedicure, they were doing anything, one of the staff was ill and was sneezing continuously which made me feel icky and was still not wearing mask. After the manicure they asked my choice of nail colour , I picked white/ light shaded. The staff got me all tacky colours (what's the point of asking). Prachi is nice but she needs to monitor properly on the staff. I did not take the second service of Face clean up because my first ever experience was bad.

Prachi Makeup Studio is my go-to for all my beauty needs. I had a bridal makeup services from here and it was fantastic. The staff was patient, listened to my preferences, and gave great advice. The final look was stunning . I Highly recommend prachi makeup studio for all your makeup need
