The service is so so warm and welcoming. The employees are so soft spoken, empathetic and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed and loved the experience. Quite impressive!

Disappointing.. I don't live here and was visiting. I needed to get my hair color done and visited this place. It's unfortunate that the stylist here didn't knew how much color mixture should be made for men's hair. He 'somehow' managed to cover my hair with color that ended up with partial coloring, leaving behind a portion uncolored. why can't they just use the entire box that they already charge for (700/-)? I went home and then realized this partial coloring, so I came back and confronted. At first I was given a reasoning that it's not uncolored hair but some reflection (which was bizarre), but then they agreed to patch it. But again, he took so little and struggled to patch as he should have. Giving an extra star just for an effort to patch. I will expect a salon of this level, charging this much to do a much much netter job. Disappointing experience!!
