I got kera smooth treatment done from the Originals. Shahanawaz did great job, he put in lot of efforts for the treatment, he does really good hair spa also. The service is really good and prices are also reasonable

My niece booked bridal makeup from this Salon, we were hoping she will look awesome after makeup but it was disasters..her face was looking like cake... makeup was totally bad..very bad experience from u guys..

The product used is absolutely original as the name state and the service is good. They do ensure a good result.

The services provided by original were very well satisfied. Aisha keeps everything well-organised and clean at her salon. She was compassionate and understood my skin concerns and breakout issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best makeup look with hair do. I haven't met anyone with so much patience. I strongly refer Aisha to anyone for party makeup with friendly pocket.

Deeply Disappointed with My Recent Experience I regret to inform that my recent visit to Originals Unisex Hair Designer was deeply disappointing. This review is written with a heavy heart and after considerable thought, as I had high hopes based on the salon's reputation. I waited 3 days for an apology call from the salon but they are not bothered about the discomfort they cause. Firstly, my primary request to the stylist was to cut 13 inches off my hair, a significant change for me. Unfortunately, this request was not met accurately, as 18 inches were cut instead. While I understand human error, this was a considerable oversight. Further exacerbating the situation, the haircut I received was noticeably uneven, with a difference of approximately 4 inches between the left and right sides. This necessitated another salon visit to correct the uneven cut, adding to my distress and inconvenience. Moreover, I was taken aback by the lack of professional conduct post the incident. The salon owner, who initially engaged in conversation, was nowhere to be found, and no apology was forthcoming from any staff member. This lack of accountability was disheartening. Additionally, I must express my discomfort with the fact that a staff member took videos of my hair without my consent. This felt like a breach of my personal privacy and added to the already stressful experience. In conclusion, while I entered Originals Unisex Hair Designer with high expectations, the service I received was far from satisfactory. It's my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the salon to improve their service quality and customer care.
