The worst ever, unfortunately I booked my bridal makeup on 18th Feb. such a bad experience, I waited for 4 hours and to get their bill high, they kept manipulating to try other services and when I asked I want to be ready by 7 pm. I was told, after getting all the service like hair spa and nail extensions, I will still be ready in time. I also took full leg and arms waxing and facial two days before my wedding day. The poorest service of all I can tell. I usually don't vent out in reviews, writing two months later only because I don't want any other bride to suffer the way I did. And the baraat was about to leave, because the parlour got me ready by 9 pm. Even though I did tell them that 6 pm is my baraat time. I can not believe, any business can be this careless. They will talk sweet and make you believe and lure you into the service. The rating and feedbacks are not true. They kind of ask you to give feedback same time when you are there and Put you in a spot that you eventually have to write a feedback. Please don't even think to try their bridal makeup I paid 20K only for bridal make up. The product started melting in two hours. I have pictures, my special day got ruined because of these people. So unprofessionals and liars.

I got my makeup and hair done for my engagement and Mandakini did an amazing job with it. She listened to everything i wanted and was a very good sport with feedback. Very happy that i got her as my makeup artist

I was scaring before what if something gets wrong with my skin and he made me agree along with he has very knowledge of products. You keep growing! This is for all the valued customers who want service from Bigg boss Mathura salon. To bring in notice that they are lacking in providing customer value experience and also don't engage in proper communication with them. The fault is of the careless employees that dont pay attention and are negligent towards the customers. I already availed services there but the poor management is unable to give me the timeline when the service will be provided to me and I had to wait approximately 30-45 mins for simple haircut and threading service. It was night time so yes I had to go out of the salon and get some another salon for the same service. It is faulty from the employees who are taking it causally and not serious about customer service. It is postive feedback from my end to the management to review and improve this .

I got hair cutting, shaving and D10 done but I found the service very bad because after the d10, I was not given 5 minutes for massage and the hair cutting was also not good, their charges are very high I think this hair salon has been open for years, not for years but for training years. I did not feel that anyone there had any experience. Everyone is fresh in a way.
