Very bad services and behaviour of the owner, very disrespectful towards their clients and don't know their own rules and bad mouthing and talking very badly towards their clients. She doesn't have any basic communication skills and doesn't even know how to handle her own staff, and they don't have any expertise in the services as well and first they didn't tell us the rules and now she is saying some hypothetical rules that she's saying everyone knows and didn't even have the decency to admit that she was wrong even when she by mistake said something that was against her.... Disrespectful people, untrained staff, don't even have the basic etiquettes, unhygienic place, bad mouthing customers, disrespectful towards customer and their issues, lying about their hypothetical rules, have value for their own time and money but they don't have value towards their customers time and value. Worst experience ever and worst untrained staff ever.

Worst parlour service I have seen till date.... Have damaged my hair by giving them to untrained and naive people to whom they call " Professionals "... Would not recommend to anyone.... Beacuse they will damage your hair and would not do anything about it.. Rather blame the CLIENT only... Worst are recieved till date...
