I recently visited this salon with my cousin for her wedding makeup and decided to get nail extensions while I was there. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Despite asking two or three times, no one attended to me. When the staff finally showed me their selection of nail designs, they did so with barely any interest or enthusiasm. Overall, the experience felt rushed and uncaring. I left feeling frustrated and let down by their lack of professionalism and customer service.

I had booked an appointment for party makeup at this parlour for 2600, where they assured me they would use MAC products. However, my experience was absolutely terrible. I had been following their Instagram page for a while, and based on that, I decided to get my makeup done here. But the reality was far from what they showcased. The products used were definitely not MAC, despite their claims. I specifically requested light and nude makeup, but the base they applied was so thick that even a slight touch would cause it to come off. Under my eyes, black crease lines formed, making the makeup look cakey and unblended. I have never had such a bad experience with makeup before. To make things worse, the next day, I broke out with pimples all over my face--clear proof that the products used were of poor quality. 2600 is not a small amount to justify using such cheap products on clients' faces. This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. I would never recommend this parlour to anyone. Stay away if you care about your skin and want a good makeup experience!

My bhabhi suggested this studio as she is an ex bride here. And I am glad I trusted her as I had a bad experience at another nearby salon and was very ambiguous about my wedding day makeup artist.
