It was a Monday and I was feeling very tired and fatigue and wanted to get relaxed. In thirst of that I landed to this extremely pathetic and horrifying place. There was a guy sitting on reception might be the manager or owner he is so Physio he was yelling and shouting his staff just to look for a charger when I was about to reach to him, he thrown an old charger towards me and by god grace it just bypassed to me, I said exercise me and he screamed at me, "abhi vanha baithiye aap" dude why are you shouting your staff, they are the one who slog them self throughout the day to give you business it's not you who works it's they who slog them self and generate revenue for you and also how can you even yell to your CX at the end of the day we are the one from who's bills you will clear your bills. Thanks you everyone for reading. Now please think millions of time before stepping in. This parlour is just opposite to Balaji Temple on west end road.

Not worth for pre-bridal services. Facial, manicure, pedicure everything is happening all at once. Did not find the procedures hygienic enough. Even the hair spa didn't last for even 20 mins.

It was a nice experience, Owner and staff is really friendly with genuine price and excellent service. Best place for your special day.
