Recently I and my sister in law visit here.. I did not checked reviews on booking time and reviews was very bad and my experience was also not good .. Dealing with long wait times, especially after booking an appointment, can be quite annoying and I paid extra for my hair style and hair was open in 2 hours..

I booked this parlour for me and my bua ji . My makeup was ok but my bua Ji's makeup was very bad . She was receiving bad comments and feedback in her own son's wedding . It was a very auspicious occasion for them but this makeup ruined her mood and happiness .

Pathetic service... zero customer handling experience.... they prioritize customers with expensive service over customers with prior appointments.... will never again go for any service or recommend it to anyone who has little bit of self respect

I was visiting my parents in Meerut from US last month (January 2024)and happened to visit this parlour for facial and pedicure. It was too cold and they lost electricity while the lady was doing the massage. They wouldn't on the generator even after insisting that I was not at all comfortable getting massage done in cold weather. Facial lady was another level annoying (don't remember her first name but last name khan) Then came this girl and started with pedicure. They use the Iron scrubber on heals. I have done pedicures several times but never saw this kind of scrubbing thing. After saying 3-4 times that it's hurting me. She won't stop. After more than a month I still have a bruise on my left ankle. Never ever coming back again. I WAS SUPER SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Their motive is to make money not customer satisfaction.

Bad service. Worst makeup and hairstyle, makeup was not stable at all didn't even stay for 1 hour. No shine on face not even bridal makeup was good. We took service for more than 8 person and we are not satisfied, no professionalism. Product user for makeup was not stable. I suggest them to use long lasting makeup.

I had my bridal makeup done from this place. They spoiled my whole look. Their base looks you make look darker . I don't know what kind of products they use. My cousin also got ready with me she slso raised the same issue with sonica. But all in vain. Also their main hair stylist is very admadent I showed her what kind of bridal juda I want it had curls in front. But she did simple crimping and said it is same. Don't fall for old and fake reviews . Now meerut have many better places to go for Edit : how can you say it's a fake review ? Check 2019 feb dB of yours ,have you ever maintained client data? Worst make-up and hairstyle.... Took make-up and hairstyle service for 8 person, they spoiled our party night. Even bridal makeup had no shine on face. If they are taking money they should make sure that the makeup should stay for whole night. There was no shine on face and makeup didn't stay more than 1 hour. Staff forgot to put makeup fixer after informing they remembered. Worst service.

One of the best makeup studio in Meerut, fine makeup products according to the price. You need to pre-book your makeup a day or two before.
