A lot of time the barber is missing They don't pic up calls for pre appointment

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my makeup artist on my wedding day. They made me feel like I have the worst skin tone and texture, and their behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. They even burnt my hair . Cut my eyelashes without my consent, claiming it was necessity. I strongly advise against using their services and recommend choosing a local parlour instead. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I hope others can avoid the same trouble. The @Javed Habib should review their franchises and terminate the contract .

I'll rate 4 out of 5....coz they have really professional staffs & offcourse very-well mannered too. I found guys were more workoholic as compared to girls staffs there. I had a hair cut.. i usually visit there for my haircut ...and they really do great job. I have some issues with girls staffs there bcoz they seems like very lazy. Cleanliness is okay. Taking about price ..than yes they charge lil bit higher as compared to other salon ...but that's worth it guys. I loved it.

The person was so lazy that in order to take shortcut with machine he spoiled the enire hair design...

They let this incompetent girl Shruti at the reception do wax and stuff. She is not trained at all. I got burns and rashes in my arms and underarms. Won't recommend ever. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.

Service was good and the hair dresser knows his stuff.. Price is bit much but that's you have pay for the best service in town.

Anil is complete professional and knows his stuff...will give you more than what you want. Will definitely recommend for a regular visit
