I had a terrible experience with Nidhi Gupta Gitanjali Studio. I had booked a party makeup appointment expecting a professional artist, but to my shock, the receptionist Jeetu ended up doing my makeup because the actual staff was busy at another venue. What's worse is that no one informed me in advance that there would be no professional makeup artist available for my appointment. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. The makeup and hairstyling were extremely poor and nowhere near what one would expect from a reputed studio. I tried to reach out to Nidhi Gupta directly to share my experience, but I received no response and not even an apology. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. I strongly advise others not to waste their money at this parlour. My experience was beyond disappointing, and I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and professionalism

I got my hair cut from this salon. I even showed them the photo. But the cutting was very poor. And while cutting the hair from the middle, that person got busy with some other work. And he told me that hair cut is done. But he ruined all my hair.

I visited Geetanjali studio after searching on google and took appointment for botox for my hair. First of all they didn't guide me properly and told keratin will be better and botox will dry the hair more. And told me that it will remain for 3months!! After 3rd wash my hair looked as they were before and it didnt last even for 20days. When i complaint of the same they told me to visit studio. When i visited they were acting very smart and making me fool!! The lady at reception told me you have to pay the money and they will resolve the issue!! I paid 5000 rs for a service which i can easily avail at rs 3k or 4k at other good salons in MBD. Such a horrible experience. Will never recommend Geetanjali studio, Moradabad to any one!!

Today I have spent almost a day experiencing the services at Geetanjali Studios Moradabad and I can't resist to drop a note about the services provided!!! My husband & I have availed multiple services like hair cutting, hair colouring and pedicure. The staff was so friendly and also professional to the utmost level. Guys & girls if u want to have a grooming day at affordable prices then this is the perfect one stop solution.

As I thought of Geetanjali as a brand...It delivers the same...Great ambience..Well trained and experienced staff..Very polite behavior and customer care..Definitely go ahead...will come again for sure and recommend to friends

Absolutely loved the services, I had a global hair colour done. Naved did a comendable job. I am elated by the new look :)
