HAIR MASTERS-Luxury Salon Moradabad

Hi, I'm sharing my experience at the "Luxury Salon" yesterday. I visited with my 6-year-old son for his haircut around 2:30-2:45 pm. I asked for the Senior Stylist Naved, but the Manager Mr. Dhruv informed me he was busy with appointments and would be unavailable for the next 2-3 hours. He also informed me that the Salon doesn't entertain walk-in clients without prior appointments. I asked for 8 pm availability and booked the appointment. When I arrived, the Stylist Naved was busy with another client. When I asked about my appointment, the Manager responded that a walk-in client had made multiple requests and they had accepted over my appointment. I'm curious about how the Salon operates. Do clients need to make appointments, or are walk-in clients treated differently? Does the Salon only treat clients who pay high prices? It's extremely disappointing behaviour for staff. I hope the message reaches the administration and hope they take measures to avoid such instances in future with others. But still you have lost a customer for misconduct and negligence.

Been here a few times. Not once have I gotten a decent haircut. The staff is not skilled at all. Went back to get the initial haircut fixed and I asked for a senior barber. They gave me the same one who gave the bad haircut in the first place. None of them have good hair cutting abilities. Would recommend going to any other place!

One of the nicest staff members, especially Rehan. I have visited this place twice already within few months and enjoyed their services. If you're planning to get hair color and hair cut, make sure to get it done from Rehan.

The staff, especially Rehaan, is incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Kunal does a great job at managing the salon and client relations. The salon is very hygenic. They treat you very well. They listen to you for what you want with your style. Do ask for REHAN, I always prefer him to do my hair.

I got smoothening done from hairmasters. Atmosphere is great, staff is really skilled and attentive towards the customers. They put in extra effort in making the customer comfortable apart from their magical skills. I got it done specifically from Mr. Nasir , great guy! Highly recommended!!
