Very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff I visited it today but the staff is so irresponsible and doesn't care about his own words I request to manager of this branch kindly take some decisions for it

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your Moradabad showroom today. Despite being assured a waiting time of 10 minutes, I waited for over 1.3 hours, and yet, no action was taken to cut my baby's hair. Finally I return back to home without baby's hair cut This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is disappointing

I had cleanup before at javed habib mbd. This time some random person was there . I had worst cleanup of my life . Hr didnot even removed blackheads . He simply applied the stuff and removed it . Does not even bother to give a proper face massage. The saloon needs to have a check on his staff

I got a manicure, facial and waxing Service from court road branch of jawed habib from SHUMAILA ma'am she was so humble and good nature and doing her job really great even she was the only person who was dealing with the customers , after my waxing service i was waiting for my manicure service but the manicure expert there was doing his personal work not even attended any customers i waited for 1 hour so that he can do my manicure but then SHUMAILA mam come and do all my service. Except SHUMAILA mam no one was doing there work and i m angry with there service. Giving 5 stars only for shumaila mam if anyone visit this place please contact shumaila mam only because no other person will listen you.

Hammad was so polite and professional and I am happy with my haircut. They provide best service in a very reasonable price. The owner is also very good and humble.

I get my haircut done by Mr. Hammad. His way of talking and treating is pretty good and the haircut done by him is also fine. He properly listen my concern and treated in the way I wanted.
