The staff was overly friendly, frequently asking personal questions about whether we were attending any special occasions. Their service was slow, and they charged excessively for the services, which weren't worth the price. Additionally, the staff did not appear professional, as they were using an empty sunscreen tube by rolling and squeezing it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Visited first time the lady-zone parlour and had a best experience. Staff were very experienced and friendly. Provided better suggestions for makeup and hairstyle. Overall experience was very pleasurable and would recommend lady-zone for anyone who is looking for best makeup services at Muzaffarnagar.

And always gave a positive vibe ..while doing their work .. there service was very well... I have been since 3 years with this parlour and trust me they give amazing service and also use original products.... Owner , Ms Neetu mam is very friendly n her staff's behaviour is very good ... she has also done my bridal make up and i looked very pretty ... must visit....

If anyone's looking for great service at reasonable rates than this is the place to go..Going there for more than 1 year..Neetu di is the best..All the staff members are polite and professional.. You can try any service be it make up or basic threading work they are good in everything.
